Scan the QR code at the venue, or tap "Enter code" on the camera screen and type the 6-character code — no account needed. If the camera won't open, check that PubLens has camera permission in your device settings.
Hosting requires signing in with your email (we'll send a one-time link, no password) and choosing how long the event stays active. Once it's live, share the join code or QR shown on your dashboard.
On the web, hosting is billed through Stripe. In the iOS app, it's billed through Apple's In-App Purchase — manage or refund those through your Apple ID's subscription/purchase history, since Apple (not PubLens) processes that charge. For a web/Stripe charge, contact us directly.
Email us the event name and join code (or the photo you want removed) and we'll take care of it — see our Privacy Policy for more on how long things are kept by default.
